Last week the rain and thunderstorms held off long enough for us to be able to enjoy summer drinks at the pebblebed wine cellars in topsham. Geoff Bowen, who produces pebblebed wine locally at a vineyard in Ebford was a great host and his white and rose wines went down very well!
Geoff had recently filmed for Dragon's Den, and it turned out that he was going to be featured on the programme the same evening, so we were able to enjoy his wine and then go home to watch his appearance! Geoff did brilliantly and secured an investment from Duncan Bannatyne. We hope to be back at Pebblebed Cellars for drinks again later in the year, and we look forward to seeing Duncan around Topsham in the near future!
