Account Manager (Exeter)

As an Account Manager, you will be working with retail partners to ensure the shops and promotions on the site are continually maintained and optimised.
Tasks will include:
- managing existing retailers
- bringing on new retailers
- reporting on and optimising retailer traffic/sales performance
We are looking for a fashionista here with a great eye for a style bargain. Extensive knowledge of aspirational brands and high end fashion is also very important. The successful candidate will be spending a lot of time talking and writing to retail partners and therefore it is absolutely imperative that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have to work with a lot of numbers - both reporting on data and optimising it for better performance, and you will need to have an eye for stats and be able to spot trends amongst lots of data.
You will handle lots of different accounts so you will need to be super organised and have the ability to juggle simultaneous requests, often with short deadlines. You will regularly have to pitch to new retailers to present them with the reasons why their brand should be on the site, therefore confidence in presenting and creating presentations is also very important. These presentations may sometimes be in foreign countries, so a confident traveller or the ability to speak a foreign language would also be advantageous.
A degree or proven experience in marketing or business management would be a great foundation, but isn't hugely important. We are looking for attitude and passion above experience.
