Client Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Client Account Manager who can provide exceptional customer service and technical support to a FTSE 100 company. With an excellent understanding of systems and the ability to provide a high standard of client support, you will be maintaining an existing client relationship and developing opportunities where appropriate.

On a day to day basis, you will be receiving requests for support and information from a number of contact points within the client company. You will need to be able to prioritise work to respond efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining positive relationships.

If you have the ability to quickly understand systems and processes and enjoy a varied workload with a high degree of client contact then this role would be ideal for you. You do not need to have an IT background but you need to have experience working with different database and web based systems and understand how to provide first line support to users. You need to be able to translate technical language and specifications between the client and colleagues from the internal technical team to facilitate ongoing development projects.

You will have excellent relationship building skills and be able to understand how to balance client expectations with technical requirements. It is important than you can make decisions independently and take ownership of your workload within the overall company framework and values.

Ideally you will have experience working within a large corporate company or a compensation or remuneration team.
